Because of this wonderful growth, we have an exciting career opportunity for a Residential Support Coordinator to join our team!
As a member of our Residential Support Team, you will work directly with our project leaders and the builders providing administrative and project support and ensuring the financial obligations are
Education
- High school diploma or GED/equivalent
Experience
- 1+ years of customer service experience is required
- Experience in plumbing or construction industry is preferred but no required
Skills, Knowledge & Abilities
- Strong written and oral communication skills that can go across teams and with all levels of the organization.
- Basic skills with computer programs such as Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and proceed with objectives under limited supervision
- High personal standards for service excellence, accuracy, integrity, reliability, and teamwork
Responsibilities:
- Scan, review, and upload “slab drawings”, sewer and water discrepancies and various work orders into our internal software system.
- Process and save warehouse returns
- Make main record adjustments by tickets turned in
- Maintain permit files
- Requests locate tickets and log ticket information
- Coordinate with the residential support team to assist them with the daily task
- Flexibility to help adjust to the new tasks should the company or office needs change
