Responsibilities:
1. Onboarding, Advancement & Offboarding of New Mentees:
- Ensure a smooth transition for new mentees into the program.
- Support and guide mentees throughout their journey, from onboarding to program completion.
- Facilitate the offboarding process, ensuring mentees leave with valuable insights and growth.
2. Members Portal Maintenance & QC:
- Maintain and optimize our members portal to enhance user experience.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure accuracy and functionality.
3. Communication:
- Engage with enrolled members across different tiers and program coaches to provide timely assistance and support.
- Foster clear and effective communication channels within the program community.
4. Billing:
- Manage billing processes, ensuring all transactions are accurate and timely.
- Address billing inquiries and resolve any discrepancies.
5. Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with the Client Success Coach and Operations Manager to streamline program operations.
- Contribute to the success of our program through efficient teamwork.
6. Live Innercircle Masterminds Setup/Coordination:
- Organize and coordinate live Innercircle Mastermind events, providing an enriching experience for participants.
7. Steps & SOPs Coaching Calls:
- Conduct coaching calls to guide members through program steps and standard operating procedures.
8. Scheduling 1:1 Coaching Calls:
- Manage scheduling for 1:1 coaching sessions, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
9. Calendar Scheduling & Innercircle Announcements:
- Maintain program calendars and ensure timely announcements to keep members informed.
10. Admin Systems Upkeep: - Ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of administrative systems.
11. Documentation: - Thoroughly document mentee client success journeys, including assignments, deep dives, coaching calls, and other milestones.
12. QC of Program Code of Ethics, SOPs, KPIs, and Templates: - Conduct quality control checks on program materials, ensuring alignment with ethical standards, adherence to SOPs, achievement of KPIs, and use of up-to-date templates.
