Our client, one of the largest Energy companies in the US providing a wide range of Energy-related products and services to its customers, seeks an accomplished Administrative Coordinator.
** TITLE: Administrative Coordinator
** LOCATION: Hybrid Role (3 days Onsite | 2 days Remote) @ 511 Theodore Fremd Avenue, Rye NY 10580
** DURATION: 3 Month Contract with possible extension
** Working Hours: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
During training the contractor may be asked to go onsite 5 days a week for better training purposes
Pay Rate: $26.00/hr.
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicating with internal and external customers using both telephone and e-mails.
- Logging and tracking job information on various systems.
- Job scheduling and compiling various status reports.
Job Requirements:
- Education: High School.
- Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience.
- Must possess excellent clerical and organizational skills, including computer skills and competency in the Windows file-management platform and Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word).
- Should have the ability to learn Company work systems such as the CPMS, CIS, CRMS Oracle, Project-Wise, Byers, Vision, and Outage Management.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills are required for frequent interaction with Manager, District Managers, Planners, Supervisors, and Field Crews.
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities, as require.
