Global Disciples, Lancaster, PA, is a non-profit ministry with a mission to share the good news of Jesus Christ among unreached people groups. Founded in 1996, Global Disciples seeks to equip, connect, and facilitate cooperation within the global Body of Christ. Through equipping people in their own cultural context, Global Disciples trains and sends out near-culture mission workers to reach the least-reached, multiply believers, and plant locally sustainable fellowships and churches. Global Disciples is seeking a Director of Finance / Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to provide leadership to the Finance and IT teams. Daily responsibilities will include executing and providing oversight to all aspects of financial planning including accounting functions, financial analysis & reporting, forecasting, budget management, cash flow planning, compliance, and financial relationships. Additionally, the Director of Finance / Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be responsible for the overall fiscal management and will align with and reinforce organizational core values and culture. A successful track record of developing people and creating highly cohesive teams is essential to the Director of Finance / Chief Financial Officer (CFO) role.

Director of Finance / Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Position qualifications:
• A commitment to the mission, beliefs, and values of Global Disciples
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, required; master's in business administration (MBA), a plus
• A minimum of five (5) years of experience in a senior financial role, required; International finance experience, preferred; Previous experience leading an IT Team, desired
• Minimum of five (5) years of progressive leadership experience including developing people and building cohesive teams
• Previous non-profit experience, a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM Software, required; Proficiency with Salesforce, strongly preferred; Aptitude for utilizing and employing technology, essential
• Demonstrated community involvement, strongly preferred
