ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR
Strada Ventures LLC is a woman-owned (WBE) real estate consulting and development company with expertise in affordable housing. Strada provides customized services to for-profit and nonprofit affordable and supportive housing developers. Strada operates primarily in NYC but also in Upstate NY, California, Baltimore, Kentucky, Washington, DC, and Puerto Rico.
Strada is a small, busy company that is looking for someone to help keep the organization running smoothly. Strada started in 2019 with the Principal Courtney Horwitz and one client and has since grown to a company of seven with over 50 clients.
The position is a unique opportunity to work with the existing Strada staff in a collaborative, friendly culture. This role is for a candidate who is detail oriented, organized, a problem-solver, proactive, likes to work on a variety of tasks, has strong interpersonal skills, and wants to join and support a small, passionate, hardworking, and cohesive team.

This person will support and work with the Strada team to:
· Assist the founder,
· Manage client billing,
· Oversee scheduling,
· Organize electronic files,
· Update excel spreadsheets,
· Organize social gatherings and holiday party,
· Update company website,
· Assist with the drafting of proposals, RFPs, and contracts, and
· Respond to bookkeeper questions.
The candidate should have:
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
· Knowledge or proficiency with excel,
· Sensibility to track and stay on top of various tasks,
· Strong interpersonal skills,
· Problem-solving skills,
· Experience with quickbooks is a plus but not a requirement, and
· Trustworthiness.
The position is part-time, with the potential to become full-time. It’s a W-2 position, with a retirement plan that Strada contributes to. The salary range is $20,000-$30,000 annually (for part time hours).
