Position Summary
Student Services Administrative Coordinator oversees the daily business and accounting functions regarding Student Services (Meal Plan, Health Insurance, Lockers, etc.). Responsibilities include compilation and analysis of each area to FSA management..\
Position Details:
Salary: 62,400.00 to 71,500.00 per year
FLSA: Exempt
Schedule: Full-time: Monday – day shift

Required Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
· Knowledge of basic accounting principles
· Experience in comprehensive and integrated computer account systems
· Excellent computer skills, including proficiency using Excel
· Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills
· Supervisory experience
· Ability to meet travel requirements associated with this position.
· Ability to meet acceptable background check standards.
· Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as appropriate.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Excellent customer service skills
· Knowledge of MS Access, Peoplesoft, and RMS
· Financial experience in a university environment
Management
· Assist in the supervision of Student Services Associates
· Interact with Computing Applications (DOIT), Culinart (Dining Contractor), and Campus Residences on billing system problems.
· Interact with CBord on problematic meal plan issues
· Interact with an Insurance broker on student health insurance enrollments
· Interact with students and relatives to explain and resolve billing questions and problems
· Assume other duties as assigned
Coordination/Operation
· Set up and maintain meal plans in StarRez for student billing and CBord for student access.
· Run daily files to verify online credit card payments agree with CBORD funds added to the system. Book daily Wolfie wallet payments that were made online
· Reconcile daily payments made via Pay-pal and Square for revenue received
· Verify invoices from Culinart that billing is reconciled and adjusted accordingly
· Work with different departments to obtain purchase orders for department meal plans and set up accounts in CBord. Request invoices to be issued against POs for meal plan payments
· Set up and design new meal plans in CBord for special events and summer programs
· Assist in the development and maintenance of an internal auditing function to review meal plan billing accounting and control procedures
· Run daily reporting for health insurance enrollments, confirming charges are accurate in Peoplesoft
· Ensure enrollment rosters are sent over to our broker for processing in a timely manner
· Communicate clearly with patrons regarding their insurance billing
· Provide database (online systems) maintenance and improvements, administrative process policy and procedure improvements, troubleshooting of critical issues, marketing planning, and program development for sponsorships and other supportive functions
· Other duties as assigned as appropriate
