This is a full-time classified position located in the Communication department.
The Administrative Coordinator 2 operates the hospital's console system on a shift basis, monitors security screens, answers and routes incoming calls received through the telephone system, announces all emergency codes as directed by administration or staff, and provides general information and supply directions to patients and visitors.

Receives, sorts, and distributes mail.

Receives cash, checks, credit cards, vouchers, or departmental charges from customers and/or employees in payment for goods or services.
May operate various office equipment (such as copy machine, calculator) that requires no special knowledge or previous training.
May deliver and pick-up various materials.
