A Medical Assistant Certified is an integral part of the health care team supporting and carrying out duties assigned, delegated, and/or supervised by a professional (MD, DO, PA, ARNP, RN) within the scope of their license. A critical attribute required of this position is exceptional interpersonal customer services consisting of an outgoing positive attitude, warm friendly joyful demeanor, and the utmost care and respect for our guests, patients, families, customers and colleagues.

EDUCATION- Education: High School Diploma and/or Post-secondary school and successful completion of an accredited Certified Medical Assistant college program and become certified through by the American Association of Medical Assistants or National Certified Medical assistant examination through the National Center for Competency Testing required.
- Population Specifics: Knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the population served in a Clinic setting.
- Experience: Previous experience in a physician’s office preferred.
- Required Certification: Must have / obtain a current Washington State Medical Assistant Certification. BLS (AHA) Certification required.
- Preferred Certifications: (Nerve Conduction Velocity (NCV)/ Electromyography (EMG) tech certification, Urodynamic certification
- Other: Bilingual and/or English-Spanish speaking preferred. Ability to work with culturally diverse population.
Salary Range: $18.40 - $23.92
