-Greet clients, answer calls, perform on site inspections
-Assist agents by inputting data and scheduling appointments
Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Skills:
- Experience as an administrative or office assistant, preferably in insurance industry
- Experience with insurance management software
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Detail-oriented
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
