Job Description:
Responsibilities:
· Answer and direct phone calls.
· Receive, sort, and distribute the mail daily.
· Greet and assist visitors.
· Data entry and preparation of tracking schedules for operations team.
· Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
· Assist in the onboarding of new employees.
· Book travel arrangements for staff and Executives.
· Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
· Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
· Help with office event planning and promote company culture.
· Organize and schedule appointments and meetings.
· Book travel arrangements for staff and Executives.
· Other tasks as assigned or needed by the Team.
Requirements:
· Meticulous attention to detail.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
· Time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
· Strong organizational and planning skills.
· Working as part of a team to achieve company goals.
Qualifications:
· High school or equivalent
· Microsoft Office (Excel - intermediate level, Word)
· Administrative experience
· Customer Service
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
