We are seeking an Administrative Assistant/Social Media Manager for a part-time onsite role in our Rockville, MD location. The candidate will report directly to the owner. The day-to-day tasks include managing social media accounts, content creation, managing consignment and retail inventory, helping maintain the storefront and various other organizational tasks. This role is expected to assist in daily operations for the company while taking the lead on maintaining the brand's social media accounts.

- Attention to detail and organizational skills are mandatory
- Proactive and procedural personalities are best fits
- Proficiency in Google Workspaces
- Proficiency with spreadsheets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong customer service ethos
- Experience as an Administrative Assistant/Social Media Manager or in a related role is a plus
- Knowledge and proficiency in social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twtter
- Knowledge and proficiency with Reverb and eBay is a plus
We are looking for roughly around 20 hours a week; possibly more if candidate can do some tech work as well.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
