Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
- Experience with HubSpot a plus
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, letters, faxes, and forms
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and data analysis
- Perform data entry and maintain electronic and E-copy filing systems

- Provide customer support and handle inquiries or complaints
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role is a must`
- Proficient in using Microsoft Suite (word, excel, outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment

- Previous experience as a personal assistant is a plus
