- We are currently seeking a Part-time Front Desk Administrative Assistant for Transformations Weight Loss & Skin Clinic in Beckley, WV.
Job Duties/Responsibilities
- Intaking patients and all duties pertaining to same
- Maintaining paperwork
- Pulling and filing charts
- Answering phone in professional manner with an understanding what the clinic has to offer and the ability to relay said information to caller
- Conducting reminder phone calls to patients for when they are to return
- Assist with inventory
- Light cleaning of the clinic
Education/Degree
- High School Diploma/GED
- Certified Administrative Assistant
Computer skills required for this position
- Basic Computer skills

Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
Schedule: Wednesday 12PM - 7:30PM, Thursday 12PM - 6PM, Friday 12PM-6:30PM
Work setting: In-person
Ability to commute/relocate: Beckley, WV: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
