FILE PAPERWORK
PERFORM DATA ENTRY
SORT MAIL
SCAN DOCUMENTS
PREPARE REPORTS AND FINANCIAL DOCUMENTATION
PERFORMING CLERICAL DUTIES
CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS A MUST
Qualifications and Skills
PROFICIENCY WITH MICROSOFT WORD AND EXCEL
MUST BE RELIABLE
READ, WRITE AND FLUENTLY SPEAK SPANISH (Recommended)
Job Types: Temporary, Part-time, Full-time
Salary: Starting @ $14.00 per hour
Schedule: Availability - 8 hour shift, Day shift, Holidays, Monday to Saturday, Sunday 1/2 Day.
Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience: Customer service: Will Train
Language: Spanish & English (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, faxing, and photocopying
- Assist with project coordination and follow-up on action items
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
- Coordinate meetings and conference room bookings
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, patients, and colleagues
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative assistant role is a plus
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and computerized systems
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of clerical procedures and office management practices
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: $19.16 - $23.08 per hour
