Administrative Assistant/Receptionist

Responsibilities:

· Answer inbound calls from existing clients and outside vendors

· Initiate outbound calls to schedule and confirm client meetings with advisors

· Has knowledge of how a client relationship management system (CRM) works to keep track of tasks

· File

· Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, mailing, answering emails

· Effectively multi-task receptionist and clerical duties

· Occasionally work on client projects as assigned

Required skills/experience:

· Ideally in a previous client-facing role

· Background in financial services desired, but not necessary

· Strong communication skills

· Use of Microsoft Office tools (specifically, Excel, Word, and Outlook)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.38 - $23.34 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 35 per week
