- General Responsibilities
- Respond to calls, emails, and routine letters, direct inquiries to the appropriate person.
- Arrange, coordinate, and schedule meetings; prepare meeting documents.
- Make travel arrangements for office personnel.
- Maintain a content management system.
- Track inventory of office supplies and order more when necessary
- Write and distribute routine correspondence.
- Compile data and prepare reports.
- Maintain updated contact information for company employees, suppliers, and customers.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong written/verbal communication skills
- Answer incoming calls/emails
