Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to opening mail, scanning and saving documents, data entry, efiling with the courts, scheduling notaries, paying invoices, answering phones, checking emails, copying and mail outs, maintaining and ordering office supplies, and assisting office manager and owners on special projects. Position requires intensive attention to detail and the ability to work well with others, take instruction well and be able to move between departments.
Education: High School Diploma
Required Work Experience: Previous office experience, preferably in the court reporting or legal field.
Skills: MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe).Ability to articulate and communicate professionally and eloquently, with supervisors, staff, vendors and clients. Must take direction well. Possess a good attitude.Team player. Attention to detail. Motivated. Punctual.
