TriStarr's client, a property management company with over 100 rental units, is seeking a friendly part time Administrative Assistant/Leasing Agent for their office in Lititz.
The Administrative Assistant/Leasing Agent will perform general office duties such as answering phones, data entry, and processing A/R, A/P and other paperwork. They will also assist with apartment showings.
This is a temp to perm part time position with flexible hours. This position has the potential to go full-time.
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT/LEASING AGENT EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIRED:
- You have a HS diploma/GED.
- You have 1+ years of leasing experience.
- Your bookkeeping experience or equivalent education is required.
- You have 1+ years of previous administrative/clerical experience.
- You have Customer Service experience.
- You are computer proficient, including Word, Outlook & Excel.
- You have professional phone skills.
- You have organizational skills.
- You have strong attention to detail.
LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT: Temp to Hire
START DATE: asap, pending interviews
PAY RANGE: $18-$20/hr., depending on experience
HOURS: Part-Time, 25-30 hours/week, flexible schedule (potential to go Full-Time)
DRESS CODE: Business casual
