We are seeking a full time Administrative Assistant to aid our office in the management of corporate retirement plans. As an Administrative Assistant, you will have the opportunity to see all aspects of retirement plan administration with opportunities for growth within the organization. The role will be assigned the following tasks:
- Processing participant distribution requests from 401(k) and other retirement plans
- Preparing participant communications
- Assisting with participant enrollments
- Providing support to Plan Consultants and Financial Advisors as needed
The prime candidate will have the following qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft products (Excel, Word)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Aptitude toward math and accounting
- Self-Motivated with a desire to learn
- Strong customer service orientation
Preferred Experience:
- High School diploma or GED
- Prior customer service experience a plus
