We are seeking an experienced professional individual to fill a diversified position serving as an Administrative Assistant, Data Entry Specialist and Receptionist one day per week. This is an exciting, busy position working in our luxury showroom with a team of talented Interior Designers.

About the Role:
Data Entry Specialist
  • Work closely with operations, merchandising and sales team to accurately enter customer transactions including sales orders, credits, payments etc.
  • Work with store management to ensure all policies and procedures are followed

Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to Interior Designer
  • Greet vendors, visitors and customers upon arrival
  • Answer inbound calls in a professional manner and direct caller to appropriate party
  • Confirm appointments as needed
  • Follow-up with purchase orders
  • Provide other support as requested

Required Education, Skills and Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years' experience working in an administrative/data entry role
  • Experience in handling, entering, balancing, and posting payments and money
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Detail-oriented with high level of accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong time management, organizational and prioritization skills
  • Computer skills and proper phone etiquette
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, highly professional environment
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Prior retail furniture and/or interior design experience is a plus
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus
  • Experience using FROG a POS system is a plus
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

This position is full-time and may include working weekends.
