Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative / Administrative Assistant in San Ramon, CA. The representative will be responsible for providing customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include answering phone calls, responding to emails, filling out applications, and providing administrative support.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong phone skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to take initiative
- Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred
- Experience in customer service and administrative support preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour
