Overview:
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team. As an Office Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day operations of our office. This position requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts.
- Position requires in-person attendance at our office location.
- Perform general administrative duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Minimum of at least three years of Administrative Assistant experience
Skills:
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
