We are a boutique financial and real estate management firm needing a part-time administrative assistant. If you are detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to deal with a fast-paced environment, you will have fun here. You must be able to create and use Excel spreadsheets, manage and create Word documents, be familiar with QuickBooks, and learn new financial software, as required.
