Job Description
Express Employment is looking to hire a full-time Administrative Assistant for one of our clients. In this role, you would provide support and assistance to the Management Team. Be the first impression to clients in person and on the phone professionally and helpfully. Assist with new account onboarding, managing client portals, client service, answering phones, scheduling appointments, billing, filing, and other tasks as assigned. Work with highly sensitive information maintaining utmost confidentiality.
Administrative Assistant Essential Job Functions
- Facilitate & screen phone calls; handle questions and complaints; set up and confirm appointments and meetings.
- Performs a variety of routine clerical tasks including scanning, filing, managing mail, etc.
- Answer questions from clients and team members and provide assistance
- Work with the pressure of numerous daily deadlines, be detail-oriented, and proactive
- Follow up with clients as needed
Administrative Assistant Other responsibilities may include:
- Assisting with client billing
- Scheduling engagements and events
- Document management
- Coordinating work with other team members
Administrative Assistant Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication, and client service skills
- Ability to multitask, pay attention to detail, learn quickly as well as independently, and take initiative in problem-solving
- Efficiency in completing work and promptly
- Knowledge of office practices, procedures, software, and equipment
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to perform a variety of administrative skills
- Associate degree preferred or similar work experience
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday 9 to 5
