Description:
The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, the ability to multitask, cabable of working both independently and as a team, and provide exceptional customer service to students, staff and patrons. Technology skills necessary for the job include: Email, spreadsheets, Google applications, and PowerSchool. Exceptional communication and problem solving skills essential to the functions fo the position.
Office Management Experience preferred.
Experience with Microsoft and/or Google office suite preferred.
Job Summary:
Position is full time, ten month position. Single health and dental insurance provided by the district.
Qualifications: Looking for a welcoming, patient, highly organized, self-starting individual with knowledge, experience, or capacity for learning about
1. Building budgeting, purchasing, and ordering
2. Answering telephones, secured entrance monitoring
3. Communication skills in emails to teachers, families
4. General Administrative Assistant duties as needed
5. General computer processing skills
