We are seeking an Administrative Assistant / Transaction Coordinator to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive the business to the next level. You will be an assistant on our team we have over 40+ realtors. Which means a lot of personalilities and a lot of multitasking between all over agents. No experience is necessary, and the job can be very rewarding, not just financially, but our team has an amazing culture.

Responsibilities:
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Plan and schedule appointments and events
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
- Responsible for our social media pages
- Our Expectations is we deliver the highest level of customer satisfaction for our clients
- Processes listings, sales contracts create marketing materials for agents
Qualifications:
- Minimum level of education- High School/GED
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office & Google G-Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, a customer service oriented & ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Strong Organizational Skills & Detail Oriented
- Self-Driven, efficient with your time & Self-Motivated

Pay: $40,000.00 - $46,000.00 per year
