Job Description:
First point of contact for all customers/visitors. Duties and responsibilities are to ensure the front desk welcomes guests positively, and executes all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards. Serves visitors by greeting and directing them appropriately. Responsible for answering phones, directing calls, gathering information for potential customers/projects. Assists with administrative tasks as assigned.

- Report to Human Resources Manager and follow the directives of said manager
Job Requirements:
- Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
- Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, and taking notes.
- Answering phone calls in a professional manner.
- Screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
- Ability to problem solve
- Ability to take down information accurately to input it into cloud software
- Maintains a safe and clean reception area.
Job Qualifications:

- Proficient in Google Drive (Sheets/Docs)
- Past receptionist experience (preferred)
- Driver’s License & cleaning driving record (preferred)
Education:
- High School Degree and on-the-job training
