Position Summary
Barth Financial is currently seeking a friendly individual to join our team as a Marketing / Administrative Assistant. 40 hours per week. Pay based on experience and education.
In the Marketing / Administrative Assistant role, the individual will manage all marketing of the business, provide excellent customer service to our clients, and perform administrative duties.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Event Planning
- Implement and maintain marketing calendars and materials
- Create and edit Marketing and educational videos
- Social Media marketing
- Answer phones and greet clients
- Perform routine and confidential administrative tasks
- Prepare documentation as required for meetings
- Complete client paperwork
- Provide case follow-up
- Maintain and order supplies
- Manage/complete special projects as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business
- Self-directed initiative to prioritize and coordinate daily office activity
- Ability to multitask to meet objectives with a sense of urgency
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Strong organizational, technical, interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Flexibility to adjust to evolving client and branch needs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
