SalarySpecial Sitters is looking for a responsible a part time Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. If you are energetic, outgoing, have a positive attitude, can work as a team, personable and possess the following skills, then we're looking for you.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
- Maintain physical and digital filing systems
- Respond to emails and other digital queries and correspondence
- Inputs and updates information in databases and spreadsheets
- Prepares meeting agendas and takes meeting minutes
- Uses word processing and presentation software to create and edit documents
- Operates and maintains office equipment, including printers, copiers and fax machines
- Works with sensitive information with discretion to maintain confidentiality
- Ensures that deadlines are met and adapts to changing priorities
- Presents a positive and professional image for the organization
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
Schedule:
