We are seeking a highly organized and professional Administrative Assistant to support the President of our Property Management company and Regional Vice Presidents. In this role, you will be an integral part of our team, providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our multifamily apartment communities and assisting Regional Vice Presidents.
Responsibilities:
Manage the President’s and Regional Vice Presidents’ calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations for the executive team.
Handle phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication on behalf of the executive team.
Assist with project management and follow up on tasks.
Maintain and organize files, records, and confidential information.
Coordinate travel arrangements and manage expenses for the executive team.
Assist with property managementand interdepartmental tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
Proficiency in MS 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and property management software.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
Previous experience in property management.
