JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for providing high-level confidential administrative support to the Chief Fiscal Officer and Support Operations. In addition, provides administrative support to the School Board in coordination with the Executive Assistant to the Superintendent. Assists with policy maintenance, public relations, district communications, and various special projects for the school district while exercising professionalism and discretion.
QUALIFICATIONS: High school graduate with three years of administrative support experience. Previous work experience in Public Education, Public Relations, and/or Communications is preferred. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Word. Good interpersonal skills to deal effectively with a diverse group of stakeholders. Knowledge of grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
