We are seeking a well-rounded customer service and administrative team member. Someone who anticipates what is needed next. We would like you to be full-time, but will also consider part-time flexible schedules. There is plenty of room for advancement.
We provide hands on training along with a team concept of constant support. Come join us at our office on Main Street in Rogers or our new office in Brooklyn Park right off 610/Zane Ave N. next to Caribou. Like to golf? We even have a golf simulator!
The Sniezek Group Agency is the largest Allstate Insurance agency in MN with plans to continue our growth. We have offices in Brooklyn Park, Eden Prairie, Maple Grove and Rogers. Each agency has a small office feel, but we all work together to manage the agency as a whole.

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with our customers and within the community.
- Responds to customers via phone and email.
- Assist customers with billing, policy and general questions
- Assist sales team with administrative tasks such as scanning and mail.
- Potentially help with social media facebook updates
Requirements
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
- Great Customer Service Skills.
- Experience in insurance, office settings, or retail is a plus.
- Above average computer skills with typing and navigating the internet.
