Reporting to the Associate Dean and Director of International Recruitment, this Administrative Assistant is a full-time position charged with warmly, professionally engaging visitors on campus, with particular responsibilities for Communications, International Recruitment initiatives, front desk reception and office wide support.
The Carleton College Office of Admissions exists to make prospective students’ college search and application process easier, efficient, and more welcoming. The Administrative Assistant will work to create and encourage an open, welcoming, and inclusive environment in Admissions that actively supports students and their families to appreciate and grow with Carleton’s academic and cultural life and deep tradition in the liberal arts.
