Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist
Position Overview:
Johnsonville LLC, and its members are committed to having the highest impact on our customers' success. We currently have a terrific opportunity for the right individual to join our Shared Services Team in the position of Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist.
This position is an excellent opportunity for an individual to leverage their technical, problem solving and analytical skills. The successful candidate must be committed to providing excellent customer service, continuous learning, and improving our processes.
Responsibilities:

• Ownership of the Cash Application process and processing daily. Other tasks include:
  • Identify, trouble shoot and maintain rules for auto cash posting process and identify efficiencies with the cash process.
  • Research overpayments, unapplied cash, and ability to navigate exceptions.
  • Managing the High Radius ticketing process and navigate tickets to completion.
  • Ownership of the cash reconciliation process within SAP and the bank.
• Ownership of the Broker Commission processed with the ability to meet SLA's (service level agreement), tasks include:
  • Maintenance and setup of commission rates including contract alignment.
  • Spin movement processing.
  • Set-up trimester incentives and payment settlement
  • Research and timely follow through when questions arise.
• SME (Subject Matter Expert) for High Radius solutions related to cash and deductions with an emphasis in trouble shooting, continuous improvements, project execution, documentation, and training.
• Ability to work in multiple systems and understand how they interact with each other.
• Identify and execute process improvement in the areas of above (Cash, Broker, Deductions, etc.).

Education:

• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.

Experience:

• 3-5 years of experience in an Accounts Receivable role preferred.

Skills and Competencies:

• Proficient in Excel, Word, and Power Point, with ERP experience. SAP a plus.
• Ability to analyze data and draw logical conclusions and recommendations from the data.
• Integrity, trust, and confidentiality required.
• Ability to pivot and re-prioritize based on team needs.
• Ability to partner and effectively communicate with internal and external business partners.
• Aptitude to problem solve, adapt to changes, and learn new processes quickly.
• Accuracy, organization, and diligence required to prevent errors.

Member Status: Full Time, Hourly Office Technical
Shift/Hours: 1st Shift; between 8am-5pm
Travel: Less than 10% of your time
