Administrative Assistant / Logistics Assistant
This in-office role will work out of our home office in Dripping Springs, TX.
Support the logistics coordinator to manage all travel requests, changes, and reservations. Assist with planning and logistics for Home Office events, meetings, and conferences. Support the administrative team in handling daily customer service for Home Office and field operations.
Responsibilities
- Book all travel arrangements requested by HHS employees, including flight, car, and hotel reservations
- Track out-of-policy requests and communicate with executives on approvals before booking
- Manage employee travel changes by coordinating with agents and executives to complete requests within the budget
- Partner with other departments to manage weekly travel requests for onboarding managers
- Save, code, and reconcile travel expenses associated with HHS credit cards
- Assist executive administration with Home Office events including facilitating meetings, providing support for visitors, printing materials, and handling audio-visual requests
- Manage administrative email inbox, incoming and outgoing shipments and mail, and office supply inventory, and incoming customer calls
- Complete administrative requests through ticketing system
- Support Home Office departments as projects and requests arise

Requirements
- 3-5 years of Administrative Assistant/clerical experience
- Proficiency with computer applications and spreadsheets
- Fundamental knowledge of travel protocols
