Front Desk Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and route call,
- assist with service calls
- permitting and inspections with Cities around the DFW Metroplex
- prepare invoices and statements for accounts payable
- some administrative typing
- take customer payments over the phone
- disburse the daily mail

Qualifications:

- Spanish speaking is a plus, but not necessary
- Previous experience as a Front Desk agent or in a similar role is a must
- Knowledge in computerized office systems, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
