The Administrative Assistant Receptionist is an entry-level position with room to advance in our fast-growing financial services company. We will train the right person.
Requirements:
- Ideal candidate is energetic, confident, organized and outgoing
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and relationship-building skills
- Computer knowledge
- Multi-tasking skills required
- Admin/Office experience a plus
- Greet and assist clients
- Answer incoming calls
- Open, sort and distribute daily mail
- Review incoming voicemails/emails and respond or route to the appropriate team member
