```Job Summary```
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong multitasking abilities, strong computer skills, and a customer service-oriented mindset.
```Responsibilities```
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual
- Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members
- Assist with various administrative tasks such as data entry, and document preparation
- Provide general administrative support to the team as needed
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
```Experience```
- Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers and copiers
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work activities
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
