We're searching for a professional, friendly Administrative Assistant/receptionist. Your primary job will be to serve as the first point of contact with all clients, providing excellent customer service. Additional administrative duties include increasing productivity by creating and following office protocols, scheduling appointments and/or travel arrangements, purchasing office supplies as needed, and assisting in marketing our brand. Compensation:$16 - $20 hourly
Responsibilities:- Facilitate communication between our customers and team to ensure customer satisfaction
- Create and implement data entry protocols to streamline processes and increase productivity
- Order office equipment and supplies as needed
- Schedule appointments, including travel arrangements or other company engagements
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and handle deliveries
- Help build online marketing, brochures, email campaigns, etc. that highlight our services
- Work to create marketing opportunities and plan events for our customer base in the community to improve company reputation and visibility
- Calculate client fees, coordinate financial arrangements, and process payments including cash, ACH, and credit card transactions
- Perform basic bookkeeping duties
- Generate status reports as requested so the team is informed with progress reports
- Provide administrative support to other team members with data entry, paperwork, photocopying, etc. when needed
- Grow in the position through continued learning and revitalization of skillsets in related duties
- High school diploma or GED required
- Customer service, bookkeeping, or administrative experience is preferred
- History of being deadline-driven and extremely organized
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; can empathize and build relationships with a variety of personalities
- Display excellent written, problem-solving, and verbal communication skills
- Technologically savvy; basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and filing systems with the ability to learn new programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues
