Front Desk Receptionist

We are seeking an attorney with the capacity to maintain both a caring attitude with our clients and an uncompromising stance during representation. $35,000 - $40,000

• Complete other administrative duties as needed such as data entry, paperwork, photocopying, etc.
• Respond to incoming phone calls and emails and make sure the right people receive all important information
• Handle deliveries and manage incoming and outgoing mail
• Greet visitors, clients, and fellow employees when they arrive at the Front Desk and provide them with any necessary directions or information

• High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and verbal communication skills
• 1+ year of Front Desk Receptionist experience or related job experience preferred
• Comfortable taking telephone calls and mitigating stressful situations
