Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent clerical and administrative skills, as well as the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow.
Duties:
- Perform general clerical duties, including managing files
- Coordinate calendars and office events
- Provide administrative support to brokers and management
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree is a plus
- Proven experience in an administrative role is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Google Suite, Sheets, Docs, Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with CANVA is a plus
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
