Job Requirements Include:
- Must be bilingual (read, write & speak Spanish).
- Must have 1+ year of Administrative Assistant experience.
- Must knowledge of Microsoft products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Some knowledge of HR a plus.
- Must have verifiable work references.

Job Responsibilities Include:
- Will be setting up new hire information and conduct new hire orientation; onboarding new employees, including monitoring of probationary period performance.
- Assist HR Manager with injury claims, discipline, insurance, COBRA, FMLA, retirement plan, OSHA records.
- Handle employee requests and send memos regarding holidays and update attendance records and vacation schedules.
- Coordinate with employment agency as needed (including tracking hours, submitting time sheets and approving invoices; monitoring temp to hire status) and maintain and update Seniority & Skills Matrix.

- Hours: 6:00 am - 3:00 pm
- Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour.
