The ideal candidates will be a detailed oriented Executive Admin with a history of initiative. Property Management experience is a MUST! A natural leader who embraces taking ownership and juggling multiple tasks, possess a high attention to detail, is a team player and identifies with clients & other Professionals.
Qualifications/Skills:
- Working with the public, answering phones, greeting clients, scheduling appointments.
-Excellent computer, typing and communication skills are essential.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office365 and Google Suites for Business and related applications.
-Exceptional organizational and time management skills are a must!!!
-Ability to perform under pressure by being able to problem solve, multi-task, prioritize workload and adhere to strict deadlines is a must.
-Natural ability to communicate efficiently and effectively to build and maintain highly regarded relationships with customers, clients and vendors.
Property Management Experience is a must! Compensation: Commensurate with Experience.
