Our growing Alliance, OH office is seeking an Administrative Assistant.
Alliance, Ohio is the newest division and Pennsylvania Steel's eighth stocking location, and we are growing quickly.

Job Type: Full-time
Essential Duties and Responsibilities are, but not limited to the following:
- ANSWERING INCOMING PHONE CALLS
- GREETING VISITORS
- BILLING / INVOICING ACCOUNTS
- FILING
- ACCOUNTS PAYABLE / ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE
- RECEIVING
- DOCUMENT SCANNING
Experience and Skills:
Required Experience:
- Experience in a steel service center or a similar industry.
- Computer proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Excellent attendance and safety record required.
- Has ability to work on their own.
- Must be a team player.
