Position Overview: We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support our daily office operations.
* The ideal candidate will be friendly,
greet and assist clients and guests with a professional courteous manner at our front desk and phones.
* Have a working understanding of MS office, and basic computer skills. Perform light secretarial duties.
*Collaborate with a team to manage scheduling, correspondence, mail, packages,
basic billing, invoicing, and simple accounting.*Great for someone looking to get in on the ground level and work their way up, or
Someone returning back to the workforce.
