Job Description
Schedule: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, Monday- Friday (depending on needs).
Pay: $18.00-$20.00/hour based on experience.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- General customer service skills.
- Phone calls, both incoming and outbound calls.
- Outbound calls to current customers to take orders over the phone.
- Checking orders in the system and following up with customer inquiries.
- Must have general computer skills.
- Must have experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to work well within a team environment.
- Must be bi-lingual (English & Spanish).
