We are seeking a hard-working, detail-oriented, organized administrative assistant who thrives working with others to set them up for success. Role responsibilities will include digital and print file management, appointment scheduling, meeting planning, inbound/outbound communications, travel arrangements, data updates and management of office supplies. Summary:
Responsible for clerical and organizational tasks like digital file organizing, scheduling appointments, assisting other team members and drafting correspondences or messages.
Essential Duties:
- Provide administrative support to senior leaders, including email correspondence and generation and distribution of memos, letters, spreadsheets, forms, and faxes.
- Plan, organize, and schedule company meetings in the office, off-site, and via video conference.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for employees.
- Maintain digital filing system, contact database, employee list, and inventory.
- Order and oversee office supplies and food deliveries for group meetings.
- Using computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research.
- Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
- Maintains professional appearance and neat work
- Tracks project spending budget to actual in current timeframe
- Reconciles and codes expense monthly.
- Fuel center and car wash administration as needed
- Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:

Education and/or Experience:
- 2-5 years’ experience or training
Requirements:
- Must have valid Driver's License
