Description
All Juice Food & Beverage seeks a talented Administrative Assistant to join our team. All Juice is a juice production facility located in Hendersonville, North Carolina. With a knack for communicating effectively, you play a key role in helping our team stay efficient so we can serve our customers!
The Administrative Assistant performs and assists with a variety of general office and warehousing activities to keep All Juice organized. This is a part-time position Monday through Friday. Ideal working hours are from 10:00am-3:00pm, with some flexibility in scheduling offered. This position currently reports to the Plant Manager.
Requirements
Essential Administrative and Warehousing Duties and Responsibilities:

• Entering adjustments to physical inventory to match inventory management system
• Processing data entry for receiving department - ingredients, packaging, non-inventoried items
• Pallet reconciliation and management
• Email material receiving documents to customers, as assigned
• General filing
• Provide backup, as needed, to shipping and receiving department
• answering phone calls and greeting guests
• Opening and distributing of mail
• Process front office shipments and sample requests
• Other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
• Previous industrial, manufacturing, warehouse or retail work experience preferred but will train the right candidate!
• Strong computer skills are required
• Excellent organizational skills, administrative and office skills required
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Math skills are essential (ability to add, subtract, multiply, & divide, understand percentages, fractions and decimals, ability to compute rates, ratios and percentages)
• Ability to work in fast paced environment
• Shipping knowledge is a plus
• Ability to follow instructions and work within deadlines
• Ability to work alone or as a member of a team, good cooperative skills
