Sante is seeking a Full-Time Administrative Assistantto work with our team in our office in Westminster, MD. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide clerical support to Santes Carroll County Crisis Response Team to ensure efficient daily operations. A successful candidate will enjoy a challenge, is flexible with the ability to multi-task, and enjoys working as part of a team.
What Youll Do:
- Answer incoming phone calls and return voicemails and messages.
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, copying, printing, and scanning.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, create meeting agendas, and write and distribute meeting notes.
- Distribute Carroll County Crisis Response staff schedules.
- Create, maintain, and input information into databases.
- Assist with creating and compiling data reports and surveys.
- Maintain office supply inventory.

What We Require:
- High School Diploma or equivalent and at least two (2) years of related experience.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Must be comfortable using Microsoft Excel for data purposes (intermediate level).
