Salary```Overview: We are seeking a skilled Plant Operator to join our team. As a Plant Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining equipment used in the production process. Your attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment will be crucial to ensuring the smooth operation of our plant. Duties: - Operate and monitor equipment such as pumps, valves, and control systems - Collect data and perform quality control checks to ensure compliance with regulations - Perform routine maintenance tasks, including equipment cleaning and lubrication - Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime - Monitor gauges, meters, and other instruments to ensure proper functioning - Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment - Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies Experience: - Previous experience in plant operations or a related field is preferred - Knowledge of wastewater treatment processes is a plus - Proficiency in operating heavy equipment such as forklifts or loaders is desirable - Familiarity with logic controllers and distributed control systems is beneficial - Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude for equipment repair - Ability to perform heavy lifting and work in physically demanding conditions If you are a motivated individual with a passion for maintaining efficient plant operations, we encourage you to apply.
